5. Missed Classes

Students are responsible for attending scheduled lessons.

If a student misses a class without sufficient notice:

• The lesson may be considered completed.
• No refund will be provided for the missed session.

Rescheduling requests are subject to tutor availability and should be communicated as early as possible.

6. Package Refunds

Where classes are purchased as part of a package:
